Parent Cafés are a vehicle for parents and caregivers to have their own conversations about keeping their families strong. Each session connects parents/caregivers to resources they can use in day-to-day family life.

7 Benefits to Parent Cafés

Parent Cafés will help parents to:

    1. Be strong and flexible
    2. Build friendships and relationships with other parents
    3. Learn about community resources and get support by reflecting on their barriers to receiving help.
    4. Learn from other parents about support that has been helpful to them.
    5. Realize that everyone faces difficult events but that they can become stronger as a result.
    6. Add to their parenting knowledge by listening to other parents and sharing ideas and approaches to their issues.
    7. Build their appreciation for the essential role they play with each of their children in helping them to reach their potential.

We appreciate your support!
